Each facility has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, one or two bedrooms with a queen bed, shower, cable TV, electric heat, screened in porches or a deck, picnic tables with campfire areas. All rentals include bed linens, blankets and pillows.
Rates include the use of all recreational facilities: a private sandy beach, row boats (the fishing is great), paddle boats, kayaks, swimming raft, game room, children’s play area with basketball and lawn games.
Restaurants, convenient stores, shopping, tennis, golf, hiking, horseback riding and white water rafting are all nearby.

The Nest has tables and custom bar stools on rollers for folks to work on their laptops. It also has a big screen TV to watch the soccer games, Olympics and Netflix movie nights.
1. McMaster House
Bay Harbor Suites
This century old home offers charm and intrigue for all. On the north end, we have our office suites for The Elms and River Ridin’ and our Gift Shop. On the south end, you will find a huge wrap around deck with picnic tables, bbqs, a private campfire and just a stone’s throw to the docks and water’s edge. As you enter the 2000 square foot, McMaster home you are greeted by a large sun porch, large dining room kitchen and bathroom. When you climb the stairs to the east wing suites you will find three bedrooms with queens and one with a double, single bunk bed. When entering the west wing suites you will find two more queen beds and a second bathroom.
2. Waterfront Cottages
Ten waterfront cottages line the bluff looking out over Tiosaronda Bay to the mountains and sunsets. Five one bedrooms and five two bedrooms each with its own unique personality and picturesque charm. The one bedroom cottages all have a queen bed and futon that can open to a double. The two bedroom cottages #4, #8 and #9 have a queen and two singles, while cottage #7 has two queens and cottage #6 has a queen and a double. They all have a futon, full kitchen, dining area, and screened in porch except for cottage #8 which boasts a deck.
3. Adirondack Beach House
The Beach House is conveniently located near the beach and children’s play area.
Originally a church and administration building, the Adirondack Beach House has been converted into two three bedroom cottages with lofts and an interior door for large groups. One side has three queen beds and the other has two queens, two singles and a futon. With separate entrances, each cottage has a full kitchen, screened in porch, bbq, picnic table and a private campfire.
4. Sacanadaga Lodge
On the decks you can look out over the docks to the water, the mountains and the sunsets for some of the best views on the property. The Lodge has three suites each with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate entrance, deck and air conditioning.
The Lodge has two bbq grills and a campfire ring for the building.
Suite #1: Located on the lower deck with a queen, two singles and a futon couch.
Suite #2: Located on the upper deck with two queens and a futon couch.
Suite #3: Located on the upper deck with a queen, two singles and a double in the loft.
The Lodge is ideal for a large family gathering wishing to be all together as it can accommodate up to 16 adults.
