The Elms Waterfront Cottages is a family owned and operated boutique resort. It has been a favorite vacation spots for families and couples for over 60 years. The Elms is open from early May until the middle of October. All accommodations are very comfortably furnished and are located directly along the water’s edge. Each facility has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, one or two bedrooms with a queen bed, shower, cable TV, electric heat, screened in porches or a deck, picnic tables with campfire areas. All rentals include bed linens, blankets and pillows. Rates include the use of all recreational facilities: a private sandy beach, row boats (the fishing is great), paddle boats, kayaks, swimming raft, game room, children’s play area with basketball and lawn games. Restaurants, convenient stores, shopping, tennis, golf, hiking, horseback riding and white water rafting are all nearby.

A perfect location…quiet and relaxing, on the water, and midway between the excitement of Lake George with all-day fun-parks and the elegance of Saratoga Springs with her fine dining, renowned horse races and upscale shops. You’ll enjoy warm, sunny, lazy days by the water…the smell of crisp clean air …and majestic mountain sunsets.

Sacanadaga Lodge

The Sacandaga Lodge offers some of the best mountain and water views beyond our docks. The Lodge has three two bedroom suites with decks and air conditioning. The Waterfront Cottages line the water’s edge and private beach area and are all prominently named after our distinguished guests. Bay Harbor Suites

The Bay Harbor Suites are in the main house and consist of a one bedroom on the first floor, a two bedroom on the second floor and a deluxe split-level three bedroom with a sunroom and wrap around deck.  All suites are self contained with water views, lawn areas and a stone’s throw to the docks for boating. Adirondack Beach House

The Adirondack Beach House offers two three bedroom knotty pine loft suites. They can be combined for your very large family gathering into one six bedroom cottage. SPECIAL NOTES

• GROUP RATES are available for five or more cottages. The Elms is an ideal location for family reunions, weddings or other special events.  We are capable of accommodating up to 85 people.  Please call and let us know what your needs are and we’ll be happy to make the necessary arrangements for an enjoyable outing.
• ADDITIONAL PERSON RATES on 1, 2 and 3 bedroom accommodations are based on 2, 4 or 6 persons respectively. Additional people are charged $75 per week or $15 per night. Children under 6 years of age are FREE.
• PETS ARE ALLOWED with a weekly charge of $75 or a daily charge of $15. Dogs must be on a leash, should not left alone in the cottage unless they have a cage and some form of pooper scooper is used. A fenced in dog area is available at no charge.
• AIR CONDITIONERS may be installed in your cottage at a weekly rate of $75 or $15 per night.
• FISHING POLES are sold in the office along with other fishing and camp items. Most popular fish is the small mouth Bass.
• NO CHARGE for rowboats, kayaks, paddleboats or any fish caught less than 6 feet in length.
• PONTOON PARTY BOAT RENTAL….$150 for 1st 2 hours includes gas and tube.
• JET SKI RENTAL…$75 for 1st half hour includes gas.
• WHITEWATER TUBING…$15 includes tube, safety vest and ride to the launch area.
• RESERVATIONS are confirmed with a deposit equal to one third of your total booking. Deposits will be refunded less a $60 cancellation fee if you have to cancel for any reason and we receive 45 days notice prior to arrival.  A refund will be cheerfully given on shorter notice if the cottage can be rebooked. If you cannot stay for the term of your reservation for any reason, your deposit will be applied towards any days booked and subsequently cancelled.  MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.
